In this section you can view past copies of Minutes (from April 2013 onwards), and view dates and agendas for upcoming meetings. If you wish to access Minutes and Agendas before April 2013 please contact us. Legal hardcopies of the signed minutes and financial documents are held at NYCC County Records Office, and they can be contacted direct if you wish to view them. Draft Minutes are uploaded within one month of the parish council meeting, after the next meeting these are then replaced by a copy of the final approved minutes.
Note from June 2015 there will be a public session prior unless otherwise stated - members of the public will adhere to the rules set by the council for this session. Note that there may be occasions when the Public Session is not held.
Copies of documents/reports to be considered by the parish council can be viewed on the Reports for Meetings page of the website. Planning applications for consideration can be viewed via the planning links on the website, which direct you straight to the planning authority.
